  Chuck was on the Upper West Side of Manhattan for a small, elite, party fundraiser on Monday night -- a dog and pony show with Sen. Nelson of FL. Too bad he didn't take the opportunity to inform the Dems present about the next day's FISA vote. And especially use the opportunity to change Sen. Nelson's vote.
