I thought the same thing when I heard it replayed on Steph Miller- I thought the boos and "zinger" were simultaeous. But it came a bit after Obama tried to defend himself and then Clinton cut him off and the audience let her have it. So if the soundclip was just played with her saying that, you won't hear the boos
