"Hey baby, did you hear? 150 is the new 130."
--- Bill Maher.
He's great on McCain. Pity he had to have that talking-point machine Jack Kingston (Asshole-GA) on this week.
Hanoi didn't break John McCain, but Washington did.

His monologue is the only thing he got right last night.
That was tough to watch.

Bill Maher should have been better prepared. There's a poll online asking if Hillary should give a public apology to Barack regarding her attack on him today for the mailers and her attack on him in the debate regarding plagiarizm. Here's the POLL. Quite frankly I think she SHOULD apologize!
I hearby announce my endorsement for Barack Obama. I know Senator Obama will want to get pictures with us together like he did with Senator Kennedy. ;)

that Obama is a stud in a cowboy hat. That pic alone could pull some voters from Hillary.
Can Hillary beat McCain? Is she putting the SCOTUS at risk? And abortion rights?

no one questioned all the lies. I was yelling at my TV for someone to correct them.

and the guests just horrid.

Fine, your average Republican is a wee bit off on the facts, but at least they can usually find ones that are entertaining, and not every word out of their mouth is a lie.
I cannot believe that they found a panel that made Jonah Goldberg look wise and impartial.

he's right
In a way he's calling out the dumbing down of America. One more way in which Obama's candidacy is good for all of us, we're desperate for intelligence in political life.

I've never seen Maher's show with such a bad lineup, and he seemed a little off last night too. Usually he corrects guests when they spout outright lies.
by thursdays child on Sun Feb 24, 2008 at 12:56:00 AM PDT
That's it in a nutshell. It's time for real courage. We are done with the lies. We done with pretending that we are stupid.
Obama is a patriot. His actons are principled and stand for the constitution.
