Forget the salacious relationship stuff.  What is clear is that Mr. Maverick Straight Talker is very very close to lobbyists and will do favors for "special interests."

I hope the Obama campaign sees their opportunity here - McCain's image is based on being an independent reformer, and this just cuts through that.  Attack this and you are attacking his strength, just like when Kerry the war hero was Swiftboated.  Except, you know, this has the difference of actually being true.
