There is only one CD and it gets 10 delegates. He needs 65% + 1 vote for a 7-3 split there, and he will coast to that. Vermont is blowoutsville.

To get a 4-1 split in the 5 remaining votes he needs a 70% + 1 vote.

11-4 is very likely. 10-5 is the floor.
