I would take the "surgical" approach one step further: I'd make ONE--and ONLY one--phone call to Richardson (and/or any other SD's), make my case, and wrap the call up by stating flat-out that it's up to them now, and I'll respect their decision without pestering them any further.

Maybe it's just me, but it seems to me that if I have two people vying for my favor, I'd be more likely to go with the one who states their case simply and leaves me alone to make up my mind, as opposed to the one who basically stalks me, constantly calling and showing up on my doorstep (or whatever).

Then again, some people like being sucked up to.
