You can fix typos in a diary (but not a comment). and all i found was a "widow" close parenthesis on a line by itself at the end of a paragraph near the middle.
Is there a best time to post a diary? If you post it at 7 PM, you are likely to get a lot of readers per minute, but a lot of diaries and it will fall off the page earlier. If you post at 4 A.M., there will be fewer readers, but fewer diaries, and it can stay up for hours. Is there a best time?

... going crazy with all the Obama stuff.
I try to avoid the major news cycles and post in the off hours like late at night or early morning. I also struggle with seeing the html language in sequence because of my brain/eye coordination, so sometimes things just won't work until I go thru and read all of it out loud trying to find the transposed or missing symbol that is making the entire diary show up in italics or giving me the dreaded "closing tag does not match opening tag" warning. The really popular writers can write anything anytime and get noticed, since my topic is more local and specialized it doesn't matter. I think Jotter, the statistics geek, did a study once and analyzed mathmatically whether or not it mattered what time a diary was posted vs. the number of recs it recieved, and his math analysis just blew everybody away... there was NO time to post a diary better than any other time, in order to get recomendations, despite what people thought could be a better time.
