and I'm still appalled by it. A friend raised another interesting point on the Fla Politics site (scroll down).
As Fla Politics notes, the failure of W-S to support these challengers could hamper their fund-raising efforts.
W-S "is a favorite of leadership, somebody on the move, Rothenberg said. When somebody like that doesn't want to be a major player in taking on a Republican, that's a signal."
As an aside, W-S and Meek jumped on HRC's bandwagon early. Like their candidate of choice, both of them are willing to put personal interests ahead of party interests. Interestingly enough, Meek's CD (in which I live) is largely A-A, and that endorsement is not well-perceived at home.
Some men see things as they are and ask why. I see things that never were and ask why not?
