I live in Missouri.  If I lived just a bit farther west, I would be on the Kansas side, and able to avail myself of a curious Kansas statute that allows private citizens to secure approximately 4,000 signatures on a petition and then to empanel THEIR VERY OWN GRAND JURY.

Citizens of Kansas, this is your opportunity.  Empanel a Grand Jury to investigate Phil Kline's waste of taxpayer funds in his vendetta against Planned Parenthood.  Subpoena ALL of Kline's financial records, his wage statements, his tax returns, his corresppondence, his e-mail, his hard drives, eacn and every bit of information or data documenting every part of his miserable existence.

Or, maybe I should just rent a cheap apartment over by KU Med and I can do this my self.
