caved to voting against immunity was because of Fallon's tough primary challenge. Apparently we can only depend on Boswell to do the right thing when he's up for re-election. That's not good enough. That's why we have to work hard to replace him with Ed Fallon. As a progressive, I know that Fallon will defend our civil liberties no matter what.
