Why prostitution is illegal in this country is beyond me.
As for Vitter, you gotta hand it to him...he has managed to find yet another way to screw all women over. For example, the only legal clinic in South Dakota is on the reservation so not only are Native Americans using the clinic, so also are SD women who cannot find another clinic within the state that provides these services.
Without funding the Native Americans, more than likely the clinics will fold.
