I really like this diary. I've always thought Washington was our greatest President for successfully unifying the first sustained constitutional democracy in history; many disagree and rate Lincoln or FDR a bit higher, but whomever one rates as the greatest, all three had Presidencies dominated by the overriding theme of unity above all else.
Obama/McCaskill vs. McCain/Jindal? Call it a funny feeling.

The constitutional crisis was over two years ago. It's been full-scale erosion since then.
