That Edwards is going to endorse anyone. I think that's the smart move. Most of his delegates, so I hear, have gone to Obama already.

Who really cares if Edwards endorses anyone or not?
If he wanted to have an impact he would have endorsed when he "suspended" his campaign.
Does anyone really think that an endorsement now is going to move a significant number of votes? I don't.
I don't mind straight people as long as they act gay in public.

But you are right, it doesn't matter at this point who Edwards endorses. It is more politic for him to stay out of it.

why Edwards won't endorse Clinton: Iowa's convention last Saturday. It made clear that Edwards supporters are friendly to Obama, and not Clinton. Being a former Edwards supporter myself, I made phone calls to Edwards delegates asking them to switch to Obama - and the response was very very positive, even from those that refused to budge.
