Some of think there shouldn't be litmus tests on single issues
...when the issue is whether the chair of a Democratic Committee dedicated to poaching vulnerable seats from Republicans declares her support for a Republican and effectively announces that she won't be helping three excellent Democratic candidates because she doesn't want to jeopardize her "friendship" or whatever, then she's clearly not fit for that chairmaniship. Such a stance is perilously close to Liebermanism (to wit, claiming "bipartisanship" while attacking your own party and promoting the other one).
If Wasserman Schultz wants to support her friend, the Republican, that's her business, but then she needs to step down from the Red to Blue committee immediately.
I repeat my question: why hasn't Wasserman Schultz been ousted from the Red to Blue committee?
