Hell, I'd even vote for Mike Gravel if he were the nominee. Not only that, I'd put a campaign placard on my front lawn for either one of them. However, I expect to be voting for Obama in the fall.

A Goldwater who described himself as a "gay rights activist" and denounced the wingnut crazies going forth in his name isn't the Barry Goldwater the "Goldwater girls" were crazy about.
That said, it's really too bad one of them is trying to head our ticket, and worse that there are fanatic idiots who still support her.

If she'd exhibited an ounce of grace, humility, morals, and transparency, I'd have settled for her...and the two-fer argument (I used to like Bill). I've been in Obama's camp since before he announced but, hey, I'd have been happy with Hillary if Obama didn't generate any enthusiasm. Now...my god...I'm wondering whether I could even vote for her. She has run a fucking awful campaign which, IMO, reflects on her ability to lead. In addition, Bill has become the unscrupulous con-man the Republicans claimed all along and ruined his legacy. I agree Hillary is a better option than McCain but that ain't sayin' much. A monkey would be better than any Republican.

her actions have made me so angry, that although I live in CA, if a viable NY democrat were to try and run against her in her next senate election, I'd donate! Funny, that's how I felt after the 2000 election and donated to the campaigns of democrats running against Jeb Bush for his re-election...unfortunately it didn't help though!

Since President's Day, a coalition of voters has been petitioning Democratic elected officials and other superdelegates to support Obama.
Our website, www.votersforobama.com, has sparked petition drives to superdelegates in five states including North Carolina, where we first organized. The site contains everything voters need to contact superdelegates in their states.
Take five minutes and use the tools on our site to contact an undecided superdelegate near you.
We are focusing on superdelegates who are also elected officials and accountable to their constituents. Hesitant to call or e-mail superdelegates? Afraid you'll somehow bother them and keep them from backing Barack? You can download and sign a petition to your local superdelegate elected officials who remain undecided.

More accurately, the undeclared Supers should decide this as late as possible. Obama supporters have raised hell about the suspicion that the Supers make a coup - just walk a mile in the Hillary supporter shoes, and consider how it will look for them, if Hillary gets forced to concede while she possibly still could deliver a good performance. They definitely would feel cheated. The semblance of a coup by Supers should be avoided in both directions.

Twenty-two percent (22%) of Democratic voters nationwide say that Hillary Clinton should drop out of the race for the Democratic Presidential nomination. However, the latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey found that an identical number—22%--say that Barack Obama should drop out. A solid majority of Democrats, 62%, aren’t ready for either candidate to leave the race. Nationally, Clinton and Obama are running essentially even among Likely Democratic Primary Voters in the Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll. Forty-seven percent (47%) of Obama supporters think Clinton should drop out. Thirty-eight percent (38%) of Clinton supporters say Obama should drop out.

;). That comment was loosely based on HRC's statement that everyone in that trip to Bosnia was told to sit on their flak jackets, which is ridiculous. Being told to put them on, yes. Sit in them? Ridiculous! Now the audio interview with that military planes captain reaffirms that that was not only not ordered by them, but that it makes no sense.
