  The only thing showing up on my end is the header bar that says "Recommended Diaries" and then it simply jumps to the recent diary header & list.

      For me, at least, the rec list (and the recent diaries list) aren't pinned to the top of the webpage but instead have somehow migrated to the very bottom.
