First, type your comment.

Now.  See at the bottom of your comment, one of the tool buttons says "Link"?  OK, put your cursor where you want your link to appear in your comment, and click the "Link" button.

Up will pop two boxes:  One called "URL," wherein you will paste the direct link to your image on Flickr.

In the other box called "Label," type some pithy phrase that summarizes what we'll be looking at if we click the link (exactly like "The Seminole Democrat" in your sig).  

Then click "Add", then Preview and Post as normal.

CAVEAT:  Be sure to resize the image to that it's nice and small and won't mess with people's margins on their browsers or cause the thread to load slowly.
