...if her campaign wasn't so busy rhapsodizing over the greatness that is John McCain.
Hillary can stay in the race if she wants to, but THAT crap has got to stop.

Build up McC and break down BO. The higher she can drive HIS negatives the better McC will do. Negatives are much harder to change than moving neutral to positive.
I support Barack Obama, and I approved this message.

It was in fact that very issue that decisively turned me against her candidacy. OTOH, I have not been particularly impressed with Obama's partisan spirit.
As always, our candidate choices are flawed. I accept that Obama has a greater claim to legitimacy for the nomination as well as being the better choice.
But I can't join in the orgy of idealizing/demonizing that seems to be the prevailing coin around here these days.

it is about finding a way past the current partisan gridlock. This must start from the bottom. If people press their Senators and Representatives to move beyond the bickering, they WILL move or not get reelected. BO has the best chance of getting cross party folks to put the pressure on. This is the value of his oratory skills. Get folks off their a$$es.

In Congress we have a monolithic Republican Party that votes with a high degree of unanimity on every issue and a bipartisan Democratic Party that breaks ranks on every issue.

control the Senate. This is why inspiration of the voters is so critical. Real change starts on the streets, not in DC.

Another is: The Majority Party can fail to fight for the key issues that are supported by a majority of Americans. In such a climate talk about the need for being more conciliatory to the Minority Party is both delusional and odious.

are a bunch of sheep. Too scared to stray from the pack. I feel their showing since '06 is embarrassing, to say the least!
