I think all most of us want would be for Hillary Clinton to stop saying things like alluding to her OR McCain making a better Pres than Obama.
She's welcome to stay in the race as long as she likes, but how remembering that she's part of the same party as Obama for a change, capiche?
I guess everyone's got their own blog now.

I keep singing that hoping for good Texas outcome.
Being a Penn State alum and suffering defeats at Ohio State a few times: I am no stranger to Losing in Ohio. LOL! But I would rather not have that happen electorally for Democrats or Obama.

Personally, I'd be happy to draw this race out until June, if Clinton could restrain herself from trying to stab Obama in the gut at every turn. This race is building the party and building support for the candidates. But given the increasing nastiness, I just want things to be over.

organization and support locally. That support won't go away in November.
And plus, once you decide for Obama, you normally stay with him. Not so with Hillary.
Hillary is still the default candidate in the minds of busy-with-their-own-lives, low-information voters. Once they pay attention, they often switch, which is how Obama is overcoming these 20-point leads she starts with.
And once they switch they stay.
So I think that continuing this process actually is building his strength in November.

...what shortcomings have been revealed in the past week, Frank? The fact that his middle name is Hussein? That he is a faux Christian? Or that HRC believes McCain would make a more worthy president than him? Or maybe that he doesn't wear a flag lapel?
I'm just curious as to what we've learned this past week, other than the media jumping on the HRC 'Manic' bandwagon. I agree that we should let this thing play out, but the math doesn't make sense any longer, and I think many folks see this whole thing becoming a bit of a debacle. Hope I'm wrong.
HRC's comments placing McCain above a fellow Dem were really the last straw for me, telling all of us who have supported him that we hang our hat on a speech. (My glasses are just too thick to see that incredible First Lady White House experience.)Sick of her now. These aren't substantive arguments at this point. This is getting whipped in 11 straight states/contests, and then throwing the kitchen sink, scorching the earth...all without the semblance of any grace whatsoever. And if folks don't think this will begin to really turn people off from the entire process, they are crazy.
