Enjoy those far-right kooks who McCain will appoint to replace Justices Stevens and Ginsburg.
But hey, at least you put that young whippersnapper Obama in his place, right?
So this is how liberty dies... with thunderous applause.

but I do.
I would prefer a nominee who can win in November, backed by a party that hasn't been ripped to shreds by a candidate who race-baits her opponent by blackening his face in her ads and going on 60 Minutes to falsely insinuate that he is a Muslim.
I would prefer that we repudiate the tactics of Hillary Rodham Wallace.

I have worked as hard as I can to help Hillary be the nominee. She is the only Democrat who is qualified to be President.

but I know better than to support people who call themselves Democrats but whose values and bigotry say otherwise.
The Clintons care nothing for the Democratic Party. They are users. They care only about themselves. I regret not realizing that in 1992.

Her qualifications to play QB in the NFL are the same as HRC's qualifications to play QB in the White House.

Take a look at the thousands and thousands of Democrats that said "no" to Obama. It's tough to lose, but there are many of good Americans who just want Hillary to be President. Deal with it.

...obama's wounds were self-inflicted. it's just one long string of rookie mistakes. he thought those nice canadian conservatives were his friends.

She went extremely negative and threw the kitchen sink at Obama.
It worked in Ohio. Congrats.

for Hillary to act as terribly as she has — Republicans' moral wanting does not excuse her own. There is only a sliver lining in an otherwise wholly terrible affair for Obama in that it might help him develop a better defence. But, congrats on tonight (sincerely).

Obama was the one who lied about the Canadian meeting. Obama hasn't heard the least of his house deal with Mrs. Rezko. You all are just pitiful.

there were the false charges of racism leveled at the Clintons, and the dog-whistle sexism, the questionable caucus behavior, and...
You know what? Both campaign have thrown some sharp elbows. But as others have remarked, this is nothing compared to what the Republicans will do.
Both Clinton and Obama should be grateful for the challenge the other represents. Whoever the nominee is, he/she will have to be on their A game to win in the fall, and this process is only going to sharpen their skills.

I'll probably get my first TR(s) for this — because I have never felt compelled to say that to anyone on this site. That was a vile post. Pitiful? You've pointlessly lobbied for my contept, and earned it — what does anyone get out of that, eh?
by ggottlie on Tue Mar 04, 2008 at 11:24:37 PM PDT
we're used to obama supporters acting as you do. we'd be out of TRs in five minutes if we tried to hold them to the same standards we're held to.

deal. This is pattycake compared to what the Republicans (even the Democrat-for-a-day supporters that Obama can't win without) would have done to him if Hillary hadn't stopped his tricycle of momentum. Thank you Hillary for saving us from this foreign policy retard.

attack on Iran?
Your nuts.
Oh and last time I checked everyone gets to vote in the fall so maybe just maybe its a GOOD thing a democrat can pick up Indy's and some Repubs doncha ya think?
Obama is still ahead in delegates, his lead will increase in delegates after tonight. He will announce $50 mil raised tommorrow and then proceed to whack Hillary harder in the nose than she has been in a long time.
She needs to start answering some QUESTIONS. Those Whitehouse schedules are going to get released and it is gonna be a feeding frenzy. She is going to have to cough up her tax records. Bubba is gonna come back into the picture. It wont be pretty.

...back in 2004 when he was trying to look tough enough to be in the senate. if idle threats to unilaterally attack a sovereign nation made one presidential material, he AND george W are emmininently qualified.
we hillary supporters are looking for something a bit more subtle in our foreign policy approach. as we being too picky?
by campskunk on Wed Mar 05, 2008 at 06:16:43 AM PDT
So does Hillary. I'm a Hillary supporter but look at the numbers cast for Senator bama or Senator Clinton. Tonight showed that either of our two candidates can handle McCain. Two million plus votes cast for Barack or Hillary in TX - formerly known as Bush country - a red state. Compared to a miilion and some change there for McCain, Huckabee or Paul. After I heard McCain's speech tonight, I know I can vote for Obama should he win. Sure, it gets heated between us but let the chips fall where they may. We really will be fine. our candidates really tower heads and shoulders above McCain. I saw it tonight, more than ever.
