I'm plenty mad too, but... 3rd party runs are not helpful though, and it's awfully premature even if it weren't a silly idea.
Let's all calm down - I need to hear that too, I've let my temper get the better of me today - maybe not onsite so much, but it's definitely been affecting me.

I'd advise against a VP should he lose to Clinton and be offered the spot. There'd be enormous pressure, but I'd resist.

She believes Obama wants to maintain his viability for at least 2012, so he will not do anythig to blow up the party even if she beats him to a pulp.
Much like Mccain and Bush in 2000.
She is taking advantage of Obama's party loyalty, and ambition to go after him harder than he is willing to go after her.

Hillary doesn't have the percentages on her side..

Here's the thing, despite her recent success with she has no chance of winning the pledged delegates.

Yeah, I'm dispirited that Hillary's negative campaigning seems to be making a dent, but let's not go off the deep end. She has no chance, and she's trying to make it ugly toward the end. I'm hoping people can see past these smears (that happen to break right before another important election - fancy that!).
Make some calls for Obama and let's finish this thing.

I don't want to believe the worst about the Clintons, but I'm getting the idea that if Obama wins, they will do their best to sandbag him directly or through surrogates.
This whole thing has become an exercise in personal ambition and vindication.
I keep saying "If she's the candidate I'll hold my nose and vote for her", but I'm begining to doubt clothespins come that big.
I hope I'm wrong about this, but that's what my gut tells me.

when he is most likely to become president?
So Clinton is going to narrowly win a couple primaries today when she is in a huge deficit of delegates. Why are already planning for Obama's demise?
by leawood on Tue Mar 04, 2008 at 07:00:17 AM PDT
the slight chance that he doesn't win. It's conceivable, but by no means likely.

If this for any reason doesn't work out. Kick Blago out on the street!
I'd much prefer Obama for president though.
I don't understand, why do you try to make hatred and intolerancy justified? Just tear down your ignorance and open your eyes. ---The Cruxshadows
