should be that we are all expendible, some of us, miners and immigrants for example, more than others.

      kennedy will ask the labor department to refer this case to the justice dept. (federal level)
      
      state level: matheson's report is not final. i thought i saw news of an interim report, but i could not find the report to link to.
      
      i'm sure he hasn't set foot in the state for 6 months, or more. he was a total buffoon at the time, as i'm sure you remember.
