And I agree with you that I think SUSA has undersampled the African-American vote. In 2004, a larger percentage of the Pennsylvanian electorate was African-American than that of Texas or Ohio. If you recalibrate the SUSA numbers along PPP's turnout model, Obama is only down by 4 points.
