Yeah, if Clinton only gets 50-55% of the female vote that's a serious blow. I think SUSA is likely closer to reality on that one.
Is there a way to check how PPP is defining SE PA? I know SUSA is only including the five-county region.

PPP says their southeast region is the "metro Philadelphia area" - maybe to a local that has specific meaning, but for us it's a little ambiguous. Their percentage of 45% of the overall PA vote is similar to other pollsters', so their definition probably isn't far off.

... that typically means Phila and the four neighboring counties -- Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery and Chester, but it can also include the next rim of counties like Berks and Northampton.
