it's almost 9am.  i have already launched husband and son off to work and school with clean clothes and packed lunches.  daughter slept it - she's off this week for passover.  

and the dish network guys were here at 7:45 - my dish eyes went bad, apparently.  

and i devoted myself to Fitness Monday as soon as i sat down at the computer!
