    I don't think the decade is what's important - some of that stuff cited from `36 was pretty hip for it's time, some of it STILL is.

    Someone like Orrin Hatch actually makes me think of the late `50s/early `60s - except I'm reminded of someone like Mitch Miller, who was truly the least hip person of his time. According to him, Bob Dylan had absolutely no future in music.
