We start the day with Nasonex and sudafed and then switch to benadryl at night. So far it seems to be working well. Good luck to you, allergies really do affect the enjoyment of spring and fall.

and so I eschew antihistamines (always feel worse when they wear off). This just happens to be a bad one.
But: thanks again! weather.com says the worst of it is maple pollen, locally, plus grass pollen.
