For him. We had some correspondence about it, in which he was included, at least peripherally, but I haven't been able to do the composition, yet. I have not forgotten, though. :)
I am really proud of you too, sheddhead, truly. It is a great achievement, indeed. You are a lesson to us all!
A few weeks ago I wrote a (Top Comments) diary about a man who took similar steps. When he took control of his life he wore size XXXXXXXXXXL pants.
I can't tell you how inspirational it is to me to read of people making such fine changes in their lives. It makes a remarkable statement about the character of those who can do it. It makes that statement about YOU. Good for you.

I remember that picture! I'm probably just a little to the right of Markos, I think.
What a fabulous, inspiring diary. I've lost 25 lbs recently (instead of a new computer, I got myself a Bowflex), and with a bit more to go, your diary was just the motivation I needed.

although I tend to wear it straight. The DK staff had the front two tables, and I remember sitting back and watching people take their pics with Markos, and someone pointed you out as sheddhead. I can't remember who though.
Are you going to Austin? With your progress, you'll make Markos look chubby when you take a new one ;)
