Hemp is an excellent textile!  We're shooting ourselves in the foot in so many ways.

But speaking of decriminalization, did you hear about Barney Frank's proposed bill?  Pretty cool, but I doubt it will pass in this Congress.  Maybe the Choom Gang will come to the rescue, lol.
