the one True Parent of All Mankind. His much younger wife is the likely placeholder, while Moon's sons and various consigliers battle it out for control. It is a huge business empire, with myriad religious, political and media fronts. I doubt very much if it will appreciably diminish when Moon passes.

Moon claims to have initiated 36 families into the core of his leadership cadre, so there are plenty more cult leaders to take over when he goes.

David Miscavage is now in the driver's seat, and may have been even during the latter part of Hubbard's lifespan. The Moon organization is a going concern financially. There are probably many succession plans and many jockeying to be the successor. There's money to be made, same as there's still money to be made by the CoS.
