When I use "O" I assume people know I not talking about Oprah because of the context. For those who are that confused, all I can say is I pity them but I'm not typing out "Obama" every time or even "BO," as people may think that refers to Bo Derrick. I feel the same on this nit pick; I'm not typing out Human Rights Campaign every time because a few may not understand the context.
