i think i now understand her new iran policy. she plans to extend nuclear umbrellas for countries who drop out of opec and want protection from iran. it all makes sense now...

which it is since you can't launch missiles without fuel, then we demand that every middle east country rid themselves of this substance.
How, by selling it to us so we can be sure they really are complying with our demands. And if they don't abide, well then they are on the side of the terrorists, and we know what that means.
