Affectionately known as DemConWatch is the place to go for all your delegate and superdelegate needs. That said, I have no idea why HRC lost delegates unless it was in the Washington State or DC caucus meetings.

It doesn't mention anything about why Clinton has 248 instead of the 250 that she's been holding since I don't know when.

Click on "DCW Superdelegate Tracker" which will take you here: http://demconwatch.blogspot.com/...
There you'll see a log, it's in small font half way down the page. Here's part of it:

Russ Feingold (WI) back for Obama. "I give the greatest deference to what (my) state did," said Feingold, who voted for Obama in that contest. - Added DNC John Melcher (MT) for Obama 4-5-08 - Removed DNC Helen Langan (UT) from Clinton and put her on the uncommitted list. Added Missouri add-on Susan Montee (MO)# , Delaware add-on Rob Carver (DE)# , Yvette Alexander(DC)# for Obama. Added Harry Thomas Jr.(DC)# for Clinton. 4-6-08 Replaced Mary Lou Winters (Clinton) with Elsie Burkhalter as DNC member from LA. of recent adds/drops in Superdelegate endorsements.
After spending way too much time reviewing Politico vs. Demconwatch, I'm continuing to use DCW as the "official" source on my nifty spreadsheet, and note that many other folks who have some actual credibility online (like the greenpapers0 use DCW as their source as well.
There should continue to be a trickle of a few add-ons over the next few days for Obama, as well as a continuing drip of other supers his way. And every one makes Hillary's task that much more difficult. In all honesty, barring an implosion from Barack, there is no way Hillary will mystically get 70%+ of the remaining undeclared supers to go her way (several diaries have pointed out the problems she's had getting any new Supers over the last month or so).
