that public schools can dispense birth control, which the real nutcases on the right see as being equivalent to administering an abortion.
These are the same folks who think sex education should be restricted to "abstinence only" programs even though its been demonstrated such programs actually lead to greater rates of teen sex and of teen pregnancies.

can't even staff a nurse's office. Most share a nurse with several other schools, meaning they have a nurse around maybe two hours a week. Schools can't even afford to hand out band-aids, much less condoms.
