The idiot doesn't get that we just passed, over Smilin' Tim's veto, increases in BOTH the gas tax and license fees to take care of our transportation system.  The public would rather pay $50 or so more in taxes/fees than $1000 to replace a busted axle from Pawlenty's Pothole Farms.
