Both will add foreign policy gravitas.

I'm leaning more toward Clark, because of his connection to Clinton. Also he is well liked by moderates. He adds military experience and love of country to the ticket. He is relatively young. Don't know if he could carry Arkansas for Obama.

I loved the way Richardson and Obama looked on the stage together when Richardson endorsed. But have heard racist remarks about too many minorities on the ticket from more than one source. The main drawback I see.  Richardson would make a good Sec of State. I think Obama would carry NM with or without Richardson.
