    You have to be able to vote to donate...a creative way for maxed out parents to give I expect. This is probably a Hillaryis44.com reader, you can tell by the dollar amount, it's like a secret gang sign.

      You have to be able to vote to donate
      
      Non citizens, green card holders, can donate to campaigns even though they cant vote.

        Everytime I've donated I've had to affirm that I (0+ / 0-)
        
        was a citizen, provide my occupation and directory information. Do you have a link to the FEC regualtion? I don't see how haveing a green card would make one not a "non-national".

        I believe resident aliens can donate. Kids can too, but only from "personal funds." It's definitely really sketchy to accept any money from an 11-yr-old and that much is extremely problematic.
