If you're going to put in a low flow shower head you might as well go sleep on a park bench - those are positively uncivilized.

  half-hour showers just to be able to rinse all the soap off. And I get cold!

    They've done some good work in the last 2 - 3 years to improve the "feel" of the shower flow (they want to be able to sell the things, after all).
