And hey!  What the heck ever happened to a Censure vote?  Why can't we even get a mere Censure vote out of Congress?

Say, how about we demand Congress hold an up or down resolution vote on the content of Conyer's books?  Every member of Congress should record their yea or nay vote on whether they agree there is relevant evidence worth further consideration in his books, or just make it a choice of calling it fiction or fact.  This could be a first baby step towards Censure, or even to firing up real impeachment proceedings.

How is it we even have to beg and implore this Congress to hold W accountable after the last 7 years of egregious executive abuse?  If the Constitution isn't being upheld, they have a moral duty, an imperative, to act as our Representatives and as fellow citizens under Rule of Law, and follow the remedial actions the Constitution prescribes.
