you make some very good points. And I don't believe for a second that Hillary's sex hasn't affected her standing in this primary, just like Barack Obama's race.
But when you begin your post with this: "NO MORE BURKHAS!!!"
You look like an absolute fool. Nice.
The worst part is, your candidate led you to this. She set the tone. She said it was okay to make fun of Muslims. She said it was okay to be racist.
Hillary has done you a disservice, just like the media has, intern done Hillary a disservice.

She has EARNED this Presidency and nobody should try to unfairly deny her that.
Unfairly deny her by ummm . . . getting more delegates according to the rules she agreed to at the beginning . . . ?

yo Iraq. So pardon me if I don't share your delusion that she has been such a force for women and families during her career in the Senate. Truth be told, her record doesn't match your rhetoric. She sure has taken credit fo things like FMLA that she had nothing to do with (by the way created and promoted by one of those guys with that extra body part), and though she may have helped motivate her husband to sign onto SCHIP, it was really Ted Kennedy's initiative that was responsible for the bill.
And don't even get me started on all the great things she and Bill did for the LGBT community with DADT and DOMA.
So please forgive me if your outrage rings hollow in this woman's ears.

just put in the code for either the height or the width, but not both. If you leave one out entirely it will size the image proportionally based on the original dimensions.

There are even women who do not think a woman should be President.
You really, really, really have to stop suggesting that everyone who doesn't vote for Hillary is a sexist. I am a woman who would love to vote for a woman, but Hillary has made it impossible for me to vote for her.
Her gender should not be her most salient characteristic. She should be judged by the content of her character, which I find to be seriously lacking; thus, I cannot support her. I hope that another qualified woman runs in 2016 after Obama has served two terms. Amy Klobuchar, for example, would be great.
And please, take a step back and realize how huge it is that we're about to have the country's first black nominee. Really. It's huge.

My sole criteria for my vote was the candidate's behavior around transparency; around where they stand vis a vis corporate backing and tentacles to corporate monopolies. I don't give a rat's ass about body parts. If Mark Penn wasn't involved in both McCain and Sen. Clinton's campaigns; if she had been transparent; if she had avoided the whole muslim/religion/white vote thing, I would have been fine with her.
Sorry, I'm voting my principles. And I'm a strong feminist who is fifty years old. I'm a social worker who works with women and men who have survived trauma, and with abused children. I also train social workers and teach in a graduate program. I teach Social Welfare policy.
Senator Obama has organized a grass roots campaign that has gotten the corporate tentacles out of his backers, and he's done community organization; his voting record is outstanding and highly nuanced across a broad range of concerns; he has studied and taught the constitution; he has demonstrated a willing transparency with voters as an act of good faith; he has been willing to play by the rules; he has used his money wisely and planned a highly effective campaign; he is energizing young voters. He came from way behind in terms of every advantage in this campaign and has succeeded through careful hard and sincere work. I am sick of hearing him disrespected and mistreated, his patriotism questioned and his life violated. He won my vote fair and square.

all the wonderful things Chris Dodd has done in his life, after all he's a wonderful guy, and demand that he take his case to the convention floor and say "Hey! I'm great! I lost, but I really really want to be President really really badly! So I should be." And if anybody stands in Chris Dodd's way... I'll... I'll... write him in on the ballot in November. So there!
