    But then again my Congresscritter is Rahm Emanuel, who only neds to show up breathing on Election Day to win.  In fact, this being Chicago, the breathing requirement may be optional.

      I don't really like Rahm, but he's guaranteed 90% of the vote.

      Anyway, we can spend our time start planning what we'll do when we run out of Congressional seats to take away from Karl...
