But our track record is abysmal in holding these domestic terrorists responsible for their mayhem. Send them to the Hague first, so we can see how it's done. Then bring 'em back here for Round 2. They deserve that and much more.

Calling for a world court is just going to sabotage any effort to get Americans to call these guys to Justice.
First here. After all the details are known, and guilt is settled, then we can talk about other nations' complaint.
Should they flee, and be hunted the world over, I think we have the right to demand extradition for charges here first.

We The People can take care of business. In the meanwhile, I will be fine if Bush (jumping ship to Paraguay) has extradition orders from the Hague.

government in Paraguay, I don't think this is going to work out for Bush as he planned. I suspect that Bush has already bought real estate in Dubai.

I actually doubt they want him; bad for their new image.
Perhaps Saudi Arabia, where he can hang out with Bandar "Bush"?

short of Dubai ordering Halliburton to get the hell out of the country or a drastic regime change. I expect him to get a very nice place next door to Cheney's. (I figure when Cheney leaves office, he's going to follow his money.)
Without publicity this time.
I suspect that with respect to Bush's original planned retirement home, people with brains in the Bush family were getting increasingly uncomfortable with the notion that Iraq expats with money could easily find the place via Google Maps anyway.
