Cpt Jumper-  a great CO, a man who earned a bronze star and purple heart in Iraq.  Taught me to get the job done right every time.

Chef Gordon Ramsay- for showing that even the biggest failures can still be turned around (watch the british version of Kitchen Nightmares, its really good)

Neal Stephenson- for seeing how things will shape up if we dont change things soon (Snow Crash, Cryptonomicon) and for being one of the best living american authors.

Transmetropolitan- A comic book that blends hunter s thompson with a cyberpunk future that is all about journalistic integrity and fightin the man
