For 40+ years the western oil companies have been promoting war among the Nigerians so that they could end up with the country's oil wealth. Anyone else old enough to remember the Biafran war in the mid 60's?

tense there it'll slow down rising gas prices just a tiny bit not to mention saving some lives.
That works much better than a gas holiday. Much better.
