I just think many are focused on the primaries right now and even that is because it gives us hope that sanity will rule. Thanks for the diary!

I was gratified by the work walk out in protest of the war in the west coast shipping docks. That got national play for a few hours. Let's do it again. A preemptive protest against another preemptive war. In addtion, of course, more diaries detailing the buildup like this one.
To paraphrase John Kenneth Galbraith, Republicanism is cruelty tempered by incompetence.

They are the leaders against the war, as of now:
On May 1, all 29 ports on the U.S. West Coast were shut down by the International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU) in protest against the U.S. war on Afghanistan and Iraq. The Bay Area ILWU local was the first American union to condemn the war. In April 2003, as invading U.S. troops reached Baghdad, six longshoremen were injured and a union official was arrested as police fired on hundreds of antiwar protesters in the port of Oakland.

She can't wait. She's ready to "obliterate" on day 1.
She loved helping start the Iraq War so much, she's ready for round 2!
