..there seems little progressive support for her candidacy now. If her financial backers aren't going to raise the required money to compete ---if this is all a show, in other words-- I don't see the point in supporting her. We'll know more from the next quarterly report.

she's pro environment, pro GI bill, supports ending the war in Iraq, against bush tax cuts, wants to work for universal healthcare. Sure she isn't flat out saying single payer healthcare, legalize gay marriage, end the war on drugs, cut the military budget (all things I agree with), but it's North Carolina, what do you expect, this is a state that is growing the democratic party, and needs to start with someone like this. She's in no way as bad as lieberman, and she's certainly better than Dole. I know we have better people running for senate, but what is your problem with her?
