you are right of course. HOWEVER...I'd say it has to depend upon her actions from this point forward. If she maintains the kitchen sink offense and continues to play in the gutter and midden, she needs to be called on it.

and let everything go. But I think we can call her her out on some of those tactics in a much more productive way than we have in the past. We can say "Clinton did X, this is why it's incorrect" instead of "OMGZ, Clinton did X, she's totally a Republican and I'd never vote for her in a million years!!!!".
How we frame our response can make a world of difference.

My "mojo" reflects a fraction for the number on the left hand side. And yet...I have no H/R that I can see. Is this a miracle? What would coz such a thing. Are some H/R's invisible or H/R'd themselves?

possibly someone HRed you and then took it back. Probably thought "midden" was a crude word, but then went and looked it up.

Someone accidentally HR'd the comment, then changed it to a recommend. I've noticed that occasionally that happens and the ratings using the old number system don't update.

a comment, the total drops by 1. I generally unrecc, then rerecc and it fixes it.

that's the point
Obama has won. Clinton has lost.
She can make herself look ridiculous, petty, and stupid. Or, she can start to redeem herself by acting gracefully. But she can't win.
Time to fight McCain.

I think it's possible to criticize her behavior without resorting to mocking or insult. Also, I think it's possible to debate or discuss these things with her supporters in an engaging and respectful manner. It's true that the winners can set the tone. Her supporters are hurting now. They're going to vent and bitch. It's okay. Let them. We can respond however we choose to. Our responses can remain civil and focused on the issues while leaving aside insults, mocking, and personal digs.

Come on, don't you enjoy getting all riled up and condescending when someone goads you? Isn't that the entire point of goading? If she does some really good goading, it behooves us to accommodate her.
Just join into the macho chest thumping of "She started it" and "Never turn your back on the Clintons" and "I'll be nice when she scuttling off weeping in humiliating defeat" and all that fun stuff. You know you want to.
That's how Mr. Unity himself Obama rolls, and that's how we roll. If someone calls you a name, you kick them in the nuts and take their lunch money. After all, they started it! You're not to blame, and you get a free lunch! Rock on!
So her actions should definitely control our attitude. If she goads us, we need to flail around with childish insults because who wants to waste a really good goad?
