Clinton should pay the staff (Penn, Ickes, Wolfson et al), Obama the vendors. Keep the vendors happy as the Dems will need them again in November.

When I donated to Obama, I did not want my money going to the Clinton campaign. After the way she's trashed Obama, I don't think he should give her a penny. Those are HER debts, she is a multimillionaire, let her pay them off.
It's called personal responsibility. Clinton has lots of big money donors, I'm sure they'd be happy to help out. But after the way Clinton has run this campaign, sharing talking points with Karl Rove, Limbaugh and McCain, I don't see any reason Obama should spend $10 million on her debts.
If she becomes his VP pick, then fine. But I think she'd be a horrible VP pick, so I'm viewing that as a slim chance. Hillary should have dropped out of the race in March, it's her fault she's in so much debt.
And the vendors -- I'm sorry, but they should have demanded money up front. They'll eventually get paid, though, the Clintons are rolling in dough.

Who is going to be Obama. Since he wants to BE president, not having his party leaving bad debts to small business all over the country is a task he'll have to take on.

and "not having his party leaving bad debts to small business all over the country" is a wise, gracious and politically savvy move, especially since he'll have plenty of money.
or he could have a separate fundraiser for it, and I for one would make a donation.

The Clinton campaign does not equal the Democratic party.

But she was a major Dem candidate, and the connection is there. She SHOULD have been forced out in Feb., but since Hoho lacked the juice to do that, we're stuck with her to some extent.

I donated to Obama to crush Hillary. If paying off her debts helps to get her out of the race, so be it. Let's get it done.
