This inclusive look into the process of the state party is well worth tipping.

    1.  For the sake of everyone involved (especially the superdelegates), it is time to re-evaluate whether superdelegates play a role in the nomination process.  Having the winner of the state caucuses and primaries may be enough to determine the party's best candidate.
    1. NO.
    1. If one is a superdelegate, then according to the rules one should used whatever discretion one has to decide.  The sticky nature of this question is part of my thinking in answering #1.
    1. I hope Howard Dean is head of the DNC long after January 2009.  His 50-state strategy is a welcome reversal of the shrinking Democratic Party since the mid-1990s.
