but she's not laundering his payments. They're fucking married, like I am. My husband's $ is mine, and vice versa. If they got divorced, they'd go halfsies on the $.
Just because the source of the money is unsavory it doen't mean she's laundering it. We know about his associations. Maybe this was snark, but it seems a little silly. IMHO.

We're not just talking about "a few hundred thou'" - we're talking about hundreds of millions. This is bullshit. And that's just what they've declared.

butt in fundraising, I don't see how he can be painted as disadvantaged.
The real disadvantage is that he has had to campaign against 2 of the most high-profile national politicians at the same time--plus their daughter. Obama had Michelle on a part-time basis. It makes his victory all the more impressive.
Let the word go forth from this time and place...that the torch has been passed to a new generation of Americans--Obama '08

Money is money is money. What's his is hers, as far as I know by law. Candidates are allowed to piss away their own family fortunes (see Forbes, Steve, and Romney, Mitt).
There's no grossly unfair advantage. It's life.
She faced a grossly unfair advantage--she's a far less popular candidate and he's outspent her 3 to 1 recently with all the money he unfairly attracted pandering to the progressives in this country, promising things like health care and an end to the Iraq War. Shameless :)

and Heinz brands from his wife's fortune.
Bill has been collecting huge amounts of money for corporate appearances while his wife is a sitting senator.
There's a big difference.

to use your own money, that just gives advantage to the rich candidate over the one who has to earn their money. Kerry did not do well by spending his wife's money, it looked unsavory, and it was unsavory.

is what I'm saying. And Heinz's money--didn't some of that come from her husband, a former GOP Senator? Big money is big money--look at her stock portfolio and you might see things that bothered you a bit...
Unless and until campaign law changes, HRC is allowed to spend herself into the ground going for the big prize.
